In 1924 republican troops expelled the last monarch of Qing Empire and his family. This formal imperial home is serving as a public museum since1950. Opening hours for this palace are: 08:30 to 17:00 for the April 16 to October 15and 08:30 to 16:30 for the October 16 to April 15. And its admission fee is CNY 40 to CNY 60.
